Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Penne pasta , (I used whole wheat pasta)
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 5 cloves Garlic , minced
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Rosemary , finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese , grated

  1. To begin making Lemon Rosemary Sauce Baked Penne Pasta Recipe, cook pasta according to package directions until it is cooked al dente. Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain in a colander and keep it aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Next, add garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. Next, you have to add the fresh lemon juice, rosemary and lemon zest. Stir well and remove from heat. Now add pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Add grated cheese on the top and  bake it for 15-20 minutes at 150 C degrees or until the cheese melts and looks drooling.
